The design of 35kV series oil-immersed power transformer is advanced, and the material, structure and technology have been greatly improved. High and low pressure clamps are tensioned with steel bands or upper beams and side beams to form a solid frame structure, which enhances the clamping force of iron core and the ability to withstand transport shock. Strong short circuit resistance, beautiful appearance, reliable operation, low loss, low noise, up to the advanced level of similar products abroad. The SZ11-8000/35 transformer prototype manufactured by our company passes through the National Transformer Inspection Center for one-off short circuit test. The installation of longitudinal oil duct in high and low voltage coils is conducive to heat dissipation and can greatly reduce the copper oil temperature difference and the hottest spot temperature rise in the coil.
