Low loss: The three-dimensional coiled core dry-type transformer has the characteristics of small seamless magnetoresistance, uniform magnetic conduction direction between corner magnetic circuit and silicon steel sheet, high coiling compact filling coefficient and light core weight. Compared with the traditional laminated core dry transformer, the no-load loss Po can reduce 18%-28%. No load current Io decreased by 50%-60%. Low noise: the noise level of the dry-type transformer with three dimensional wound core is 6-10 dB lower than that of the stacked core dry transformer.
Low partial discharge (LPD): Nontoxic and flame retardant NOMEX paper is used in the wire turn insulation of this product. NOMEX paper is a class C insulating material which can withstand 220 degrees Celsius high temperature for a long time. The coils are all vacuum impregnated, and the interturn is completely saturated with no bubbles. The partial discharge of products is controlled below 5PC.
High mechanical strength: the three-dimensional coil iron core uses a regular circular section, the ability to resist short circuit is better than the long circular section. The vacuum impregnated coil has high strength and special fastening method. The product can withstand sudden short-circuit electric power without damage.
