Product overview
The product is oil filled and sealed. The principle is the same as the sealed type power transformer. The basic elements of amorphous alloys consist of iron, nickel, cobalt, silicon, boron and carbon. It is a kind of isotropic soft magnetic material with low magnetization power, no structural defect that hinders domain wall movement, very thin thickness, only 0.027 mm, filling coefficient decreases correspondingly, only 0.75-0.8, high resistivity, 3-6 times as high as silicon steel sheet, hardness is 5 times as high as silicon steel sheet, amorphous alloy material is particularly sensitive to stress.
From SH15-M-30 to 2500/6 to 10 series, the no-load loss decreased by 70% on the basis of GB/T6541 standard value. Implementation of standard GB/T25446-2010 "oil immersed amorphous alloy core distribution transformer technical parameters".
