3. Good resistance to dry cracking. The transformer is made of filler resin and copper foil. The thermal expansion coefficient of insulation material is the closest to that of copper conductor, which effectively prevents coil from cracking. The company has carried out a variety of anti-cracking tests, such as cold-hot alternation test, thermal shock test and rapid aging test. 4. High overload capacity. If the same capacity of dry-type transformer has the same load loss, the cross-section area of copper foil will be correspondingly larger. When the volume increases, the amount of filler resin will be more. Therefore, the winding has a large heat capacity and the transformer has a strong short-term overload capacity.

Fifth, good flame retardant characteristics, the use of filler resin pouring process is conducive to environmental protection, dry-type transformer with maintenance-free, moisture protection, moisture and heat resistance, flame retardant and self-extinguishing characteristics.

6. Low noise, transformer adopt some special structure and design, make the noise greatly reduced, the overall noise level is 10-13dB (A) lower than the national professional standards.
